  • Represented Tommy Hilfiger in purchase and subsequent sale of 34 Million Dollar Ocean Front Residence in Palm Beach, Florida.
  • Represented Purchaser in Acquisition of Bass Pro Shops, Orlando location (Real Property and NNN Lease).

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENTS 

  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Cypress Fairway” a 350 Unit Multifamily Development in Orlando, Florida. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Cypress Waterford” a 330 Unit Multifamily Development in Orlando, Florida. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Frisco Stonebriar” a 475 Unit Multifamily Development in Frisco, Texas. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land from Wal-Mart Group, development and construction of “Peridot Palms” a 381 Unit Class A Multifamily Development in St. Petersburg, Florida.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Forum Tallahassee” a 783 bed Student Housing Development in Tallahassee, Florida. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Forum Statesboro” a 780 bed Student Housing Development in Statesboro, Georgia. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Forum Denton” a 1044 bed Student Housing Development in Denton, Texas. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Forum at Sam Houston” a 450 bed Student Housing Development in Huntsville, Texas. Represented Owner in subsequent refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Positano Place” a 330 Unit Condominium Project in Naples, Florida. Represented Developer in the closings of all 330 units to consumers.
  • Represented Purchaser in the acquisition/renovation of “Saratoga Place” a 250-unit Multifamily Development in Sarasota, Florida.
  • Represented Developer in connection with closings of 220 units at “The Grand Condominium”, Biscayne Bay, Miami, Florida.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of “Lakes at Parkland”, 116 single family homes in Parkland, Florida. Represented seller in connection with closings of all homes to consumers.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land and infrastructure development of “Ternbridge”, 198 single family lots in Parkland, Florida, and subsequent sale of lots to multiple builders.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of 88,600 square foot Self Storage Facility in Wellington, Florida. Represented Owner in refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of 85,000 square foot Self Storage Facility in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
  • Represented Developer in acquisition of land, development and construction of a 80,000 square foot Self Storage Facility in Eustis, Florida. Represented Owner in refinance and eventual sale.
  • Represented Purchaser in acquisition (and subsequent sale/leaseback) of 350,000 square foot Warehouse & Office Facility in Miami, Florida for National Auto Parts Warehouse.
  • Represented Purchasers and Sellers of numerous Food Anchored & Big Box Shopping Centers in Florida, Georgia and Texas, including:
